NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

THURSDAY 26TH JUNE 2025, 4:30PM

All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central Credit Union on Thursday 26th June at 4:30pm.

As a member-owned cooperative, Central Credit Union is owned by all of our members. The AGM is an opportunity to hear about our progress over the last year, stay informed about plans for the future, exercise your vote and connect with other members.

This is a hybrid meeting held by Zoom Invitation, or in person at our Garden Room at 141 Park St, Liverpool L8 6QF

Welcome and Call To Order

The Order of Business Shall be

  1. Ascertainment that a quorum is present; the quorum shall be 10% of the membership or 15 members, whichever is the smaller number.

  3. Adoption of Standing Orders
  4. Adoption of Minutes of Previous AGM
  5. Matters Arising out of Previous Minutes
  6. Report of the Board of Directors
  7. The consideration of accounts
  8. Appointment of Auditors
  9. Report of the Loan Officers
  10. Report of the Internal Audit Committee
  11. Election of Board Members
