If you are unable to make a payment, please contact us as soon as possible via creditcontrol@clcu.co.uk or call us on 0151 708 5515 (selecting option 2 for credit control). The sooner you get in touch, the more options we may have to assist you.
Missing a payment could be reported to a Credit Reference Agency, which may impact your credit score. If you miss six or more payments in a row, this is considered a default, which could further affect your ability to borrow in the future. By reaching out early, we can work together to find a solution.
