We’re nominated – best credit union in the north
We’ve been nominated for Best Credit Union in the North for the Consumer Credit Awards. This is a huge honour for us. Furthermore, it’s led us to reflect on what makes us so popular amongst our members.
Member feedback is crucial since. Central Liverpool Credit Union is here to support and improve our community. Because of this, it’s important we listen to what members have to say.
Great feedback from members
8 out of 10 people said that being membes of the Credit Union helped them to be more confident with money management.
Oour primary goal is to help members in Liverpool City Region to feel more confident with their money. Consquently their financial wellbeing improves.
Members also rated us 9.4/10 for our service. Everything we do has our members at heart. Because of this we strive to go the extra mile to make sure they feel supported. So it’s great to see this reflected in feedback.
Fair treatment for all
Last year we won the Consumer Credit Awards Treating Customers Fairly category. Furthermore, this was against tough competition, including other credit unions and national peer to peer lender, RateSetter. That’s because, unlike high street banks, we support our members to improve their well-being over time. We put people before profit.
Every person running Central Liverpool Credit Union is a member. Because of this, they use the same services as everyone else. This allows us to evolve based on the needs of our members. We can see exactly what is needed to continue providing our dedicated support to people living in the Liverpool City Region.
For three decades we have been helping our local communities. Therefore, to be recognised for the hard work our teams have been doing is a great achievement.
