Central Liverpool Credit Union (CLCU) is looking for an experienced Member (Customer) Service Officer. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to make a difference to people’s lives. And our communities. We’re seeking someone who will take pride in providing the best service possible to our members.
This is a full time role with flexible working hours. Additionally there’s the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
The salary is £17,300 plus pension, during six month probation period. This rises to £18,200 after the probationary period. CLCU salaries are currently under review.
Staff are included in Medicash Plus Health Care Plan as well as being covered by group Life and Critical Illness Insurance.
You’ll be a member of a newly formed Members Service Team. Because of this, we will be looking to you to embody our behaviours and values in all member interactions and to help CLCU achieve excellent member satisfaction.
